Perfect for me!

I'm someone who is not only overweight but has also lived with Multiple Sclerosis for about 30 years. One of the areas I struggle with is balance so other forms if exercise can be difficult to maintain. Not something I need to worry about with Ergatta. Perfect for Fitness
